
Lack of ambition and initiative. Union mentality is "I only have a few more years left" so the lack of concern for the customer experience is lacking.
Focus on network infrastructure instead of acquiring more states. Handing over technical job functionss to union teams and not being able to get it back in the hands of dedicated engineers just to appease headcount is not in the best interest of the company.
The frontline folks do not have input on product decisions. Instead we're asked to cram something in that execs want. Better 401k compensation is crucial for this day and age. More paid holidays. It's hard to take vacations when it short staffs the team. Company wide holidays would help.
