I have always liked working here, however this past year some poor decisions were made by the executive leadership team that really negatively affected the kind of customer service we are able to provide due to cuts in headcount. I don't agree with outsourcing of the work out of the US either. Bad

The other employees, and knowing I'm doing a job that is helping others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees in our group are glad to be working here and like the jobs they are doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executives above Director level don't really have a clue as to what the day to day work is on the frontline level. They need to really get down in the trenches so to speak to know what really goes on and what it takes to make our products work, and work well.
