It is a diverse group and everyone is very respectful and mindful of one another.

The roundtables are an amazing way have voices heard and the respective leadership/management to know about issues concerning the needs of the business.

Although we are working from home, the tools the company provides us allows us to communicate well with each other through chat or video conferencing.
