We were transitioned from Verizon to Frontier and the move was bumpy. I'm not sure we have recovered yet but my team works hard to change the perception of the company.

Smart, collaborative, energetic, always willing to help/pitch in for a common goal.

Freedom to work with my teams in the best way to drive the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get things accomplished and when I've had a good visit with my vendor team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly bonus. As a specialist at Verizon I got a nice yearly bonus. I'm a manager here at Frontier and the bonus payout was discontinued except for directors and above.
