What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
2020 brought us into a new chapter, more proactive, more engagement, I view all of this as a tremendously positive transition
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the salary and benefit package seem to be inline with our industry, benefits are expensive however what I pay is inline with industry peers.
What makes you most happy at work?
completion of successful projects, my team engages in significant process improvement , when we successfully deliver the improved process I personally share in that success.

Their involvement with what we are currently engaged in. Priorities shift rapidly in response to our current needs, my team and coworkers embrace this challenge and show up ready to win each and every day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
in 2020 there has been noticeable involvement and investment into technology improvement. This has been overlooked for many years and has put us behind our competition. This new direction will help us overcome this deficiency and bring us to the forefront in our industry
