What are some of the best things about your team?
We are team, we assist each other where we can. There is no friction between the team, and we led by a knowledgeable manger.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because I am overworked, I cannot really take a real vacation due to not enough employees in my department, I have to train employees in India who we were told were trained to do the job.
