As a employee of 40 plus years there are good years and there are some not so good. OVERALL my positions with GTE, Verizon and now Frontier have been awesome

I enjoy the current position I have and very confident I accomplish the goal set before me by my leader
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises which I understand because pending bankruptcy but the work load and knowledge that I provide is not acceptable with no compensation
