Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not received raises in over 5 years. Also, the executive team receives bonus, while the personnel actually doing the work do not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The attitude from the VP level down can be very negative. There is not a lot of positive feedback. Mistakes or need for improvement are address in public forum instead of one on one. Coaching and help to improve issues is non-existent
