The majority of the team is very helpful and always willing to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
He is straightforward and helpful when it is needed. He also shows that he cares bout his team as people not just employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not received any significant raise in a few years. I do understand that as a company we are in a fragile place. When you see upper management still getting compensation though it can be disheartening at times. I accept the circumstances and do my job and I an very grateful to have my job.
