Was great when I started 23 years ago but now with imminent bankruptcy & always talk of trims & cuts makes it hard to feel confident about the long term future

We can work together even from a distance with a good amount of courtesy & respect for each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More emphasis on TRUE customer service where the individual customerS, companies as well as residential, issues can be addressed uniquely as it was when we were GTE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team does much more within our jjob description, & outside of it, then comparable depts in other companies yet we were ignored when we made presentaion for job reclass & raise (below industry) by company management & in union negotiations. Make Work At Home permanent would help & better pay
