Good, I don't need much interaction because I know what is required and I strive to get it done daily with or without OT. When requirements change I change with it. There is favoritism, based on friendships. It's obvious to employees in or out of group.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and trying to support company so it makes it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Experience should mean something, more knowledgeable than others that are getting paid more that have same title.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We do work well together when we need each other. Being in different States (for the most part) doesn't make it easy. Our position doesn't really require us to work together daily. We can work alone to accomplish our responsibilities/assignments.
