What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay for this area; 401K match, PTO is decent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our new CEO is much better at clearly articulating the company's status and path forward. The rest of the leadership team's goals and methods are not as clear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works like a well-oiled machine. We are well cross-trained and can pick up each other's responsibilities quickly. We are treated with respect and we respect and genuinely care about each other.
