poor, it is un-rewarding when leadership refuses to put in anyone in a position to succeed

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

training, our co-workers do not seem to have the same knowledge/access// understanding of the job functions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

our insurance premiums are too high in the non-bargaining units, and our yearly compensation doesn't even keep up with inflation

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

working from home is a great convenience and benefit the company is only providing due to COVID-19, but I wish stayed around permanently

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

company has no accountability to customer issues, and puts us in the position to only let them down- we need more staffing/contractors if we won't hire to address the lack of resources

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

pretty much everything, direction/plan is never clear, they seem to have no idea what is going on at the bottom of the company, i.e. the people actually doing the work, and no idea how to help them, you can't see too much from a thousand miles away
