i've been here a long time so much has changed and if you don't have an in with someone job can be harder to obtain. Even Job postings don't provide needed info it used to. Atmosphere does not provide a lot of positive reinforcement nor does it allow for honesty without negative impacts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can congregate to complete a task and offer assistance when needed. At least the majority of the team does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when people are in need the people in our building come together to support them and anyone in our community.
What makes you most happy at work?
self worth getting the job done. i enjoy the work that i do and i get excited saving the company money whenever i can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are spoken at not spoken to as a group or individually. equal pay for equal work would make me feel better and getting some type of raise to compensate for increases in benefits. Executives get something and mgmt grades receive nothing and nothing is even communicated about it. Its just sad.
