Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In this position, I feel appreciated, however due to the state of the company annual raises have been pulled back. It is concerning that with the increase in workload and inflation, small annual raises would be considered or discussed so employees are aware of the situation now and in the future.
