Frontier does a lot of promotion from within. This fosters an environment that allows people to grow and thrive at their best level.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. I am invested in their success and I learn from them every day. They make me better at my job and they are all fantastic to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO allocation is generous and the company paid holidays are excellent. 401k with a match great and our health insurance, while it may not be the best of the best - does not have a deductible and covers well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Director, VP and SVP are top notch. They truly care about their employees both in words and actions. The leadership is engaged in the success of the team and works to remove roadblocks to doing what's best for our customers and network.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team truly acts like a team. No one battles anything alone, we collectively work together to ensure the success of others both on our own team and other departments that contribute to our team's success. We are cohesive and work well together remotely.
