Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that I am paid under market rate based on my experience and skills and I am limited in how much I can be compensated because by manager is paid far less than they should be. My manager's pay is limited due to their tenure at FTR and FTR's historic behavior related to raises & promotions.
