We all feel the same way and we are very understanding of one another.

Enjoying what I do, as it is challenging and am I able to continue learning new things.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We do the work to the best of our knowledge and there is always someone willing to help when needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Upper management seems to be focused too much on counting heads and saving money. Rather than improving infrastructure, technology, equipment, customer service, quality of service delivered to customer and different revenue streams. Counting heads costed us valuable and knowledgeable people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to work at improving our infrastructure and technology to keep pace with the communications industry as well as competition. Focus on improving revenue instead of micromanaging the employees doing the actual work. Too much time focused on counting, timing, and the process.
