You struggle to live when you get no raises and all Benefits costs get higher and higher. Not able to keep the increased costs of living.
No raises, no CIP bonus, leads to much discouragement. The only raise in MGMNT. is our Frontier Insurance benefits go up more every year not including Co-pays and Script deductible costs.
Going through Chapter 11 is a difficult challenge and I've yet to see what our new CEO will accomplish. But, I can say, I love what I do in my position with FTR.
