It's been a great job. I do wish at times I could advance into other positions, but overall this company has been great to work for.

They're all friendly to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One positive is that they allow for personal time and to address any personal issues that may arise with no questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is hands on but in a non-intrusive way. They allow their employees to do the job and trust in their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There has been a strong inconsistancy about getting merit raises. And the lack of communication to why is often frustrating. It feels good to be valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the role I am in and the interactions I come across every day. I like my role is always interesting and has problem solving involved. Makes the day very interesting and unique
