I am grateful to be working and enjoy the work I do. It's just the mentality of those I work with that leaves a lot to be desired. Some are very kind and great to work with some are not at all friendly and only care about looking good to their bosses and nothing about what is good for the team .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Treat everyone with respect and value would be good place to start
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am a contract employee and have been at the same rate of pay for the past 6 years. This may have nothing to do with Frontier and everything to do with the vendor, I am not sure.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, it's the culture and the lack of concern for the good of the overall teams doing the work. The "get it done" mentality without clear direction , poor communication and the lack of support all need to be improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize and appreciate that every employee has value and contributes to the success of the organization and not just a select few. Treat everyone respectfully regardless of their rank. Consider being inclusive in collaborating with others and value everyone's opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That is a difficult question to answer honestly. The culture is driven by the leadership. Most managers manage from the top down and not the bottom up. This where I think you lose the loyalty and respect of the employees who work for you.
