Team Work. The wellness of a teammate to help you learn a new skill.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Retirement Plan and Medical Plans are good. But have declined over the last couple of years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mid Level Leadership is easy to communicate with. They listen and try to get answers. Not sure that the top executives listen to the lower level employees or to the local customers.
