Coaching direct reports to expand their knowledge base.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Constant communication, which is stemmed from having a great director

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Glad they made a decision to move forward w/ FTTH expansion, something we are still good at deploying.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Billing seems to be the biggest issue on retaining customers and ever trying top win former Verizon customers back. Verizon's customer experience has been far more superior since the CTF conversion. It just seems like with certain leaders in our company, still drive the old mentality of McCarthy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fortunate to have a job in the 1st place. But I still feel with FTR continuing: to increase our healthcare costs every year, still have not received the 401K percentage they took away from us in recent years, no bonuses, no merit increases in conjunction of taking a promotion, still undervalues us
