All members of my team are not only professionals but kind, helpful, and courteous,

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

From my perspective, employees and managers located close to the work are hard working and value their jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the past several years, salary cuts or none at all. With the exception one that was a flat percentage that went to all employees. I would think a pay for performance would retain and attract top performance.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like to work, and I like that fact that what I'm attempting to do at work could change and improve the lives of the remaining customers. Having a sense of purpose and understanding how an employee's specific job ties into the end product makes for happy employees.
