
They are good at what they do and they are professional. No drama. All good sense and good attitude. I have a lot of respect for my coworks.
I like the technical aspects of my job and learning new things and I like it when I solve issues. Especially ones that make a positive change to a customer situation. That is gratifying to me.
My department and most of the departments that we interface with are very respectful, friendly, and care about what they are doing. Micro management from higher management (which some of it has changed) seems on the decline which is fantastic.
This reply is directed to my direct report which is a manager and the director above him. These two are direct, honest, and try to focus on the tasks that actually generate revenue or improve the customer experince and try to deflect the "corporate" BS which in the last 8 months had declined.
