What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Former work environment was poor; old building, inconsistent heat & cooling, no windows,tiny cubicles, etc. Work at home has improved everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher salary commensurate with telecom industry in my geographical area. I experienced a large cut in pay when hired and after 5 years nowhere near my previous salary at major telecom corporation.
