I love my job, do not care for the executives getting bonuses, when no raises are given to employees. Take their bonuses and give the employees a raise.

My immediate team. We are self starting, we do everything we can to help others!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises in years, bonuses taken away from workers, but not executives. This company is backwards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct team is great at communicating. The employees need a raise, not the executives, but that's not how it works at Frontier.
