We have a very good group of employees on our team

I enjoy my job and the opportunity to help our customer with their needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to work together to bring the customer the best experience possible. My Director is a great person and always fun to be around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to improve at Customer Service. Their plans and ideas are not pertinent to current day needs of the customer. They roadblock equipment that we need to service our Customer's. The equipment in the field that is near exhaust should be a priority. Too bad only 300 characters
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I honestly think over all the company does pay a decent salary. However we get no incentive bonuses, no raises. The cost of living is clearly sky rocketed. it takes 40 % of my bring home net pay just to make my mortgage. I am not living lavishly, just getting by. No way to save for the future.
