What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems, making the network better, providing service to the customers in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new CEO is willing to listen to all the various departments to improve the company performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My Director is very positive and fun to be around. Our workgroup is also positive and we work well with other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been offered a much higher salary to return to Verizon but have chosen to stay with Frontier. We should be given a raise every year, especially when the media points out the executives are receiving huge bonuses even in bankruptcy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all want to do what it takes to get the job done. We reach out to other departments as needed to push expedites through. We don't just do our part and forget the order. Our group receives many calls that belong to others but we make sure we solve the problem to get the customer service.
