The hypocrisy of our leadership. THey take away our compensation for the good of the company, but they continue to collect theirs. How do you expect your employees to respect your decision when its clearly only about you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can not think of something positive at this time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and support each other despite some of the redundant we are constantly asked for
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not interact with the leadership team to form feedback. My manager is supportive and we woek well together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
executives make the decisions but the employees suffer the consequences when things don't work out. there are no accountability and everyone goes into self preservation mode. the environment becomes inward instead of outward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have suffered salary compression for years. Regaining our bonus compensation and receiving our raises again would be a start. There is no communication about this from leadership. They just stay hush while they continue to receive these benefits.
