I enjoy everyday working for Frontier. I start my day at 6am and often do not slow down until around 6pm. I have a very supportive boss which makes a huge difference and my coworkers and team members have opened up to making me feel welcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Certainly I appreciate the health, 401K, HSA benefits but also the generous PTO within the 1st year was amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible, balanced, allows work from home as needed and the teams around me genuinely want to do what's right for the customer.

They are talented, many are respectful of management and help me understand them better so I can support the team more effectively.

GIving me the ability to do what I love, been working in this field for quite some time. Carrier network group is the best in my opinion.
