I like the level of trust management has in me to complete assigned tasks. I enjoy the noncompetitive work atmosphere, where everyone wants to help everyone else succeed. I thoroughly enjoy the work-from-home option as I have a medical condition.

Everybody works together to how to complete projects so there's no negative impact from the workday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Willingness to work vacations, schedule them around work, I have two computer degrees, I have never been written up. Fifteen years with the company. I have never missed a deadline. I'll work after-hours, weekends, holidays even to get work done. If I make a mistake I tell management myself. Loyal.
