I enjoy education and related tasks. I also enjoy communicating which I have the opportunity to practice often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When on campus, there is a good sense of collaboration toward the common goal of helping our customers and encouraging other employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair competitive pay and the medical and dental benefits are very good. I really like the HSA which I have been using for the past year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Now that we are under the same leadership having been three then two separate departments, we can interact and work together collaboratively. This has proven to be more efficient and has enhanced creativity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the positive attitude and the the willingness to change. Even more important are the steps that have been and are being taken to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Communicating these steps to employees is key and the Link really helps with that.
