Growing my pipeline and closing deals. Additionally if I can help impact a co-workers day in a positive way that is always great.

They seem great at communicating all the changes that have been taking place along with their expectations for our team. Additionally they appear to cultivate a positive culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The communication between team members and what steps to take can be confusing. Many people are new, don't have all the answers and subsequently you receive the wrong information.
