1. Returning our bonuses. 2. Improving the cost of healthcare. 3. Returning to the Match that FTR used to give for 401Ks. Doing ALL 3 of these would make me feel valued again.
We work together to get things done in a timely manner. We cheer each other up in conversations with all that is happening with the company and with the world. We try to focus on the good rather than the bad.
Finding Households for the CAF Phase 2 project. Every house gets 2 things done. 1. Company revenue from the FCC. 2. Bringing 10Meg service to people that have been deprived and trying to improve life and the education for the next generation.
