it's good overall do not get alot of communication of what's happening in the future - when changes happen we find out after the fact then play catch up

we all work together , try to help each other when we can

need more people in our area so we are not overwhelmed when someone is off work

more appreciation/flexibility need to have sick days not have to take personal days off if we're sick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i enjoy the WAH during the Covid scare- it's easier to be in a safe enviroment - culture is fine
