Run away from frontier. Company is going bankrupt because their leadership team.Frontier will fired you after 90 days. No training, terrible internal processes, everything from processing an order to check customer accounts is super difficult. They will give you an old computer and set you to fail.

No company culture.Every body is on their own. They just give leads to older reps.

No body knows anything, specially internal process that are extremely complex. Everybody is new so they have no clue of whats going on.
