Not playing favorites and not granting promitions based on favortism and personal relationships.

Stop playing favorites and grant everyone the same opportunities based on merit and experience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I have been held back from promotions and pay increases due to a personal vendetta because I filed a complaint against a co worker who was close friends with members of management.
