Nothing really to improve. Just be honest about the culture of the company.

Coworkers need to be more reliable and show up to work instead of calling off every Friday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No compensation for travel. Vacation pay is ok but considering that you work so much it is truly not worth it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop expanding the company if you don't have the staff available to cover shifts. It is not fair for other employees to be forced into 90 hour work schedules.
