Most of the people that I work around on site are very friendly and never ruin my mood/day.

There is not much negativity around me or my co workers until someone does something wrong or makes a mistake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked with the company for almost 3 years now and have only gotten one raise and I barely got that.
