Easy to talk to, will help me whenever I need it - with work, attempts to get what the officer needs etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually interviewed with the client themselves and that gave me the opportunity to get to know exactly what they need and want
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not at the home office directly, however, the building that I work in has employees that are awesome and we all work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not so much as me feeling undervalued, it is the people that work under me. They do not get the pay I think they deserve and that's horrible
