I am looking for a complaint and legal at the work. I not happy with a job, because a maamger like to tracking spy on my cellphone so private and he made a big gossip to all employees about me. His co-worker who front a desk and involved wirh him for a problem. They not telling a truth about tips

We not open the account and password on the 6 motel app or computer because of manager eraser our account and password. He is a abuse job so awful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I want a manager to do follow on the general manager about a job so correct than a manager devide himsefl to turn a problem with us so enough!

I love an interview with a general manager. I had a best memory with her at the first day. She is a first history woman with a general manager to hire me a job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I want a manager ans front desk to stop jusge on the housekeeping about the job. Ee are experiencing hood quaitly with the business than their option takes too kuch problem. They like to steal the monrys from the tips by the housekeeping and houseperson.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love to work my co-worker with Terri and Robert. We are same the housekeeping. We enjoy the discuss for a clean tips. I do really enjoy to work wirh Pam, Henry and Jay. They are different in thr position. I feels wonderful with them at the work.
