I know I'm under paid for what I do. The benefits need to be better, if I consider one of the best benefits being that I have a covered parking garage.

roller coaster, In two years I have seen the company go from an organization that seemed to be very flat from mid line and below. Now the entire organization is focused on your title versus what you bring to the table. It's sad!
