A 401k match would be nice. Benefits are good, but can get costly on the medical side.
I do not feel undervalued, I think it would be better if stocks/equity was not placed solely on the employee to purchase and maybe offer stocks paid for directly from Garner. Perhaps half on the employee and half from the company.
Less meetings and less politics
Meetings are efficient but it’s not always clear they’re neces
Leadership, benefits, cross functinoal team discussions
Invest in diversity and supportive community. Teach effective/empathetic communication. Candor without trust feels cold
