What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take feedback well and always seem to be trying to improve
They are intelligent, thoughtful, well spoken, and are all aligned to the same mission.
They emphasize that we share feedback, and folks are very comfortable with speaking up when things can be improved, even during company meetings. Transparency is great too in terms of what the company decides to build out and why.

I think it's a fair package

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all here to support one another. Everyone respects one another and the different roles that we have. I trust and respect my teammates
Everyone is very sharp, but also extremely supportive of one another when a sale closes. The company is in growth mode, and since we all have equity I think it helps promote a culture where sales folks are offering to help and celebrating wins.
Garner does an amazing job at hiring individuals who fit into our culture and have a passion for our mission. Having coworkers that are aligned in those two areas while also coming from diverse backgrounds means I am learning something new every day.

Transparency is key here at Garner
As the company grows, we're encouraged to share how things can improve, particularly around training, onboarding, etc.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated how open the interviewers were about their critical eye for culture fit. It reinforced the feeling of being chosen not just for experience but for being the right kind of person to succeed.
Having the ability to meet many different people and personalities at the company before starting and getting the chance to see the work they expect from the assignment given during the process.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love bringing in my ideas and have others to bounce ideas off of.
Knowing the impact that our product has on everyday people, it's not just another SaaS product to sit on a shelf. I feel like the mission is something I can be proud of.
