I feel that my team is invested in my success even though sales is basically a lone wolf game. They share tips, tools and resources readily.

I am at a place where I can do good while doing well. That is the thing that most pleases me about my role at Gartner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am treated with respect as a contributing member of the team. I feel supported in my efforts. I believe that where there is room to improve, Gartner is committed to improving.
