What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work is enjoyable when and if they let you do your work and not edit everything to death.

The management is highly supportive towards the new comers, and very patient with them. This makes the new employees feel at home in the company, and makes them realize the company's success is their own success.

Push underperforming employees harder (or out).

What did you like most about the interview process?
They knew to ask the right questions to gauge the candidates' skills, rather than relying solely on the CGPA and transcript. The interviewers were amiable, and motivated the interviewees to think and reach answer to the questions, which the interviewees initially thought they didn't know.

What makes you most happy at work?
The day starts with daily standup meetings, where everyone discusses their current tasks. Here everyone else in the team can pitch in, to solve other's blockers and ideate together. This is quit the best part of the day.
