They are hands off. They let me get my work done at my own pace and give me space to learn and work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Paying my bills and getting to work in a space that allows for breathing room. OT is a bit excessive. But overall very tolerable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management gives you space to solve problems and explore solutions. This aids in allowing me to learn and grow in the role. Support is crucial.
