They make sure you're a right fit for them and vice versa. Upfront about what they expect and profile for that. It's good because they don't waste anyone's time.

CEO does a fantastic job at promoting and demanding high standards when it comes to respect in the workplace. Leadership are positive and approach things with a can do attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work with a group of very intelligent people who are driven pro's. There is a culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset which, if you're serious about your career is great. Granted not for everyone. People who don't want to work hard will probably not succeed here.
