The process included standard questions and situational roelplays, but what I really enjoyed being asked not just what I had done, but what I would liked to have done, or what I would have done differently, given the chance.
I was disappointed that L&D has been clawed back this year, as well as tuition reimbursement. Gartner places a heavy emphasis on personal growth and having a growth mindset, yet we don't' have access to these critical resources anymore.
